EDWARD SALTZBERG & ASSOCIATES is a sole proprietorship and, including its predecessors, has been in existence for over 43 years. Edward Saltzberg, P.E., directs the operation of the firm and has had over sixty years experience in the design and installation of plumbing and mechanical systems. Our varied clientele includes architects, designers, owners, developers, contractors, engineers, manufacturers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters.

EDWARD SALTZBERG & ASSOCIATES is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of plumbing, piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection systems for ALL types of structures and systems. Additionally, Edward Saltzberg serves as a HVAC Expert Witness & Plumbing Expert Witness in litigation. The firm actively engages in energy and system analyses, engineering surveys of facilities, reports and recommendations of corrective measures, energy conservation, plumbing and HVAC design and literature critique, and expert testimony in litigation. The firm also is actively involved in review of other engineers' designs in order to eliminate as much as possible field problems and future litigation.

There are two incoming telephone lines and a 24 hour a day answering machine for both lines and fax machine for the convenience of our clients.
