EDWARD SALTZBERG & ASSOCIATES is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of plumbing, piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection systems for ALL types of structures and systems.  The firm actively engages in energy and system analyses, engineering surveys of facilities, reports and recommendations of corrective measures, energy conservation, plumbing and HVAC design and literature critique, and expert testimony in litigation. The firm also is actively involved in review of other engineers' designs in order to eliminate as much as possible field problems and future litigation.

EDWARD SALTZBERG & ASSOCIATES practices competent, practical engineering which results in designing mechanical systems that fit the structures and the owners' budgets.  To obtain this blending of practicality and theory, all key personnel have had extensive field experience, in addition to their educational background.

To be as modern as possible and to better serve our clients, the firm has multiple computers, a color scanner, color copiers and a plotter, a fax machine (on 24 hours a day), reproduction equipment, speaker phones with capability for conference calls, advanced field investigation equipment including flexible industrial borescope with TV monitor capable of making VHS tapes, multiple "dataloggers", each able to record 4 different sensors continuously, etc.

The firm's present office encompasses 3600 square feet with a large conference room. There are four incoming telephone lines (two valley lines [818] and two Los Angeles lines [323], each on a rotary), and a 24 hour a day answering machine for both lines for the convenience of our clients.
